Before you confirm the order at the end of the booking process, please carefully read these terms and conditions. Cancellations
If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund, We accept full responsibility for the arrangements of the event which are within our control but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage by you or any member of your party.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel conditions in place to attend the event. This includes valid passport and/or visa requirements.
We do recommend that you take up insurance to cover your own cancellation as without it, you may result in a loss of monies paid. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date that written, instructions are received by us. When written cancellation is received, the amount payable is as follows:
From receipt of full payment – 25% of payment not refundable
90 – 61 days prior to event start date – 50% of payment not refundable
31-60 days prior to event start date – 75% of payment not refundable
Less than 30 days prior to event start date – Total cost not refundable
Changes to a bookings
Changes to bookings up to 1 month prior to the event will be charged an admin fee of £10 per booking.
from 30 days counting down to 7 days prior to the event start, name changes to booking will be charged an admin fee of £15 per booking.
We do not accept any ticket transfer changes 7 days prior to the event start.
Tickets can only be transferred to a new owner for the amount of the purchase price.
Couple/Combo passes can only be transferred to the same gender, ie. Male to Male, Female to Female.
Men's pass transfers can only be done to other men. Women's pass can be also transfered to a man.
Loyalty Cards
- these can be ANY 5 of our nights at any of our venues valid for 2 MONTHS from the start date (your first attendance)
- can be used at any level at any weekly clubnight that is run by Latin Collective
- 1 card per customer
- Attendance must be signed off on the loyalty card by The Latin Collective team
- Lessons MUST be taken in 2hr blocks - no single lessons
Photo/Video Consent
Please be advised that photographs and video will be taken at the THE LATIN COLLECTIVE event for use on the THE LATIN COLLECTIVE website and social media, THE LATIN COLLECTIVE marketing materials, and other affiliated THE LATIN COLLECTIVE Publications.
By attending this event, you consent to the THE LATIN COLLECTIVE photographing/videoing and using your image and likeness.
Use of Drones
Unofficial Drones are not permitted at the event. If someone is found unofficially using a drone at the event then their pass will be revoked and they will be asked to leave the event.
